Double Pump Cementing Unit

Pumping cement in a Consistent and reliable manner, with high pressure and large discharging volume inside the well is a vital factor for cementing operation.

Eneroil’s double triplex pump cementing unit has a high energy mixing system which can mix the most difficult slurries. The automatic density control system will provides superior density control. The pumping unit can also be utilized for a variety of pumping services including acidizing, cementing and pressure testing within the limits of the available horsepower.

The truck mounted pumping unit is mainly applied for the onshore oilfield applications. Whereas skid mounted pumping unit could be used both in onshore & offshore oilfields. The pumping units are environment-protected and work efficient to enhance and make the operation easy. The units are designed to give no spill of exhaust oil by collecting the same in a separate oil tank.

Truck Mounted Double Pump Cementing Unit
  • The truck mounted unit is comprised of high pressure pumping system, high energy re-circulating mixing system, and all required controls and instrumentation.
  • The high pressure pumping system consists of two diesel engines, two automatic transmissions, and two triplex pumps. The fluid handling system consists of centrifugal pumps for recirculation, boost and mix water. Manifold consists of necessary piping, valves and connections to perform cementing jobs.
  • The displacement tank consists of two 10 bbl working volume compartments. Tanks have full flow piping to rear of unit for ease of cleanup.
  • Triplex pumps are horizontal single acting plunger pumps and consist of fluid end and power end. The fluid ends are made of three-piece forged steel and are recommended for pumping cement, acid, water, drilling fluids and other well service fluids.
  • Mixing system consists of a high energy jet mixer, high rate re-circulating pump and tub agitator. A densitometer is mounted in the re-circulating line and the mix water is measured with a turbine flow meter.
